Talent Acquisition/Recruiter
This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a leading company in the financial services industry. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are selected to meet organizational goals.

Description
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Profile
A successful Recruiter should have:
- A background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
