Description

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Profile

A successful Recruiter should have:

• A background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources within the financial services industry.
