Construction SPG Superintendent
A well-established commercial GC is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and light industrial sectors. This role offers stable local work, strong operational support, and long-term career progression.

This is a family-owned commercial general contractor with nearly 30 years of regional presence in the Midwest. Known for repeat business with universities, municipalities, and school districts, the firm delivers diverse projects while fostering a collaborative, employee-first culture with profit sharing.
Description
* Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily schedules
* Enforce safety, quality, and project documentation standards
* Partner with PMs to manage schedules and cost controls
* Maintain clear communication with owners and design teams
Profile
* 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial builds
* Background in healthcare, education, or municipal projects
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site logistics
* Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
* Comfortable managing projects valued at $1-15m
Job Offer
Salary range of $85,000-$95,000 plus healthcare benefits, ESOP profit sharing, and structured performance reviews.
