Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the not-for-profit sector, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in construction management and a passion for making a difference.

Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout projects.
  • Manage procurement and allocation of resources effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners and vendors.
