Our client has been in business for over 30 years, serving clients across Maryland and DC. Originally a small specialty contractor, they have since expanded their portfolio to include commercial renovations and new construction projects valued up to $10M. With a solid growth strategy aiming for $150M in annual revenue, they are looking to expand their team and are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to join them.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Family Owned Commercial GC - MD will be responsible for:
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendor
- Monitoring project progress
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and codes
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Attending project meetings
- Completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Family Owned Commercial GC - MD will have:
- 1+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- commercial construction experience required
- experience assisting on projects up to $10M
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong attention to detail
