Superintendent- High End Retail Stores
The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end custom residential and/or luxury commercial retail projects in Palm Beach County. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards expected in the luxury construction market.

Our client is a well-established, boutique general contractor known for delivering exceptional custom homes and high-end commercial projects, including upscale retail spaces. They have built a strong reputation in South Florida for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
Description
Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality
Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings
Ensure work meets design intent, code requirements, and luxury finish standards
Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, architects, and designers
Track progress, resolve field issues, and proactively mitigate delays
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in either custom residential construction or high-end commercial/retail projects
Experience working on luxury-level finishes and detail-driven projects
Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and inspection processes
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
Hands-on, proactive leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in both custom homes and commercial retail is a plus, but not required
