Supplier Quality Manager - Automotive | Quarterly Bonus!

The Supplier Quality Manager will manage supplier relationships and lead a team of five for our client in the industrial and automotive industries. This position demands a strong track record in supplier development, performing audits, and setting KPIs to track and enhance performance.

Description

• Head the Quality department decisions for the selection, development, and approval of new suppliers.
• Conduct supplier visits and lead audits on-site at supplier
• Implement and expand the supplier rating process
• Work cross-funtionally with supply chain, production and engineering
• Supervise team of inspectors and purchasing personell
• Work in collaboration with other functional areas to support new design introduction or revisions into manufacturing.
• Lead / participate in internal quality and process audits; support external ISO, Customer & other audits as required.

Profile

• Degree in engineering or affiliated field
• 5+ years Supplier Quality Experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems and audit process
• Experience with metal manufacturing and electronic components
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sponsorship not provided

Job Offer

• Base Salary of $115,000+
• Quarterly bonus
