Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Metals: Test and evaluate metal samples to ensure they meet quality standards and performance specifications.

• Improve Processes: Enhance casting processes and techniques to increase efficiency and product consistency.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve material-related problems that arise during production.
• Conduct Research: Stay updated on metallurgical advancements and integrate new technologies or methods into practices.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and production teams to align on material requirements and process improvements.

• Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of tests, analyses, and process changes for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Metallurgist: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field with a strong grasp of metal analysis and alloy optimization.
