Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will support the management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity with a clear path for advancement and you will be exposed to a variety of projects.

Our Client is an Expanding General Contractor with a massive portfolio in Minnepolis with projects secured through 2027. They desire hard-working individuals who can be mentored and develop with senior level growth in mind. This construction firm offer a wide range of construction planning and management services and are always committed to understanding their client's needs.
Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
- Support on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively.
- Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and performance.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements for project efficiency.
Profile
- A background in construction project management or a related field within the property industry.
- Local to the Greater Tampa Bay area
- Exhibits good tenure and loyalty to previous companies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Job Offer
