We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a thriving Building and Construction firm with a robust project pipeline through 2026. This is a long-term role offering exciting opportunities across Healthcare projects on Long Island.

Description

  • The Construction Superintendent will manage day-to-day site operations for healthcare and commercial interior projects.
  • Ensure projects, valued at $10M+, are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and address any issues proactively.
  • Provide hands-on oversight during all phases of construction across Long Island.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Construction Superintendent role for a General Contractor (GC).
  • Proven expertise in healthcare construction
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Preference for candidates with experience at firms handling similar scopes of work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (mandatory).
