Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Onsite daily in Hyannis MA
- Travel to future projects in Cape Cod / Southshore
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site
- Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete
- Working with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction
- Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure
Profile
The right candidate will have:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent with GC or Builder/Developer
- Multifamily project background (ideally $80M-$150M)
- MA CSL
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30
- Bachelors Degree (ideally construction related)
Job Offer
The Superintendent will receive:
- Base salary up to $115K
- Project based milestone bonus 20%-25%
- 401K + company match
