Superintendent - Ground up Projects in Seacost NH & ME Area

We are partnered with a well respected New England construction management firm seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground up retail, restaurant and commercial projects along the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects while working within a collaborative, well supported operations team.

With around 130 employees and a reputation for hands on leadership, they specialize in ground up construction across retail, hospitality, commercial, auto dealerships, and more. Their project footprint spans MA, RI, CT, NH, ME and they are known for a client first approach, strong repeat business and a tight knit culture. The company continues to expand regionally and values individuals who take pride in their work and build strong relationships on site.

Description

• Lead on site field operations for ground up projects from two to twenty million dollars
• Manage day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control
• Oversee safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance
• Build strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals
• Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore
• Represent the company professionally as the on site leader

Profile

• Superintendent with experience managing projects in the 2-20M range ideally
• Background in retail, restaurant or commercial work strongly preferred
• Ability to lead subcontractors with confidence and maintain a highly organized jobsite
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
• Steady tenure is very important as the company prioritizes long term hires
• Procore proficiency preferred or willingness to learn
• Must be commutable to project sites along the New Hampshire and southern Maine seacoast
