The Project Manager - Custom Homes will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of custom home construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and expertise in the construction industry to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Description

The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:

  • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience (proven experience leading custom home projects as the lead project manager)
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in custom home projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
