Business Development Manager - Data Center
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager - Data Center to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales and building strong relationships within the Power Generation and Data Center Market. The role can sit anywhere in the US while Virginia is a huge plus.
Client Details
Our client is a small - medium well established industrial manufacturing company in the cooling / pumps and gears space. They are experiencing high growth right now with the rise of Data Center builds - and are actively looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.
Description
- Proven expertise in business development within the Power / Data Center Industry.
- Experience selling cooling, pumping and gears solutions is a large plus.
- Experience selling into construction builds, EPC firms and working through a channel a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of the data center sector and its unique equipment requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset to drive results in a competitive environment.

Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in sales and business development within the business services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales pipelines.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $175,000 USD + commission.
- REMOTE role - can sit anywhere in the US. Data center build areas preferred.
