Project Manager - Commercial Construction
- Opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and large commercial builds in the Central Florida market.

A reputable and well‑established commercial general contractor with a strong presence in Central Florida, known for delivering complex ground‑up projects across retail, office, mixed‑use, hospitality, and institutional sectors. They foster a collaborative culture, prioritize high‑quality execution, and maintain a consistent pipeline of marquee projects.Description
- Manage ground‑up commercial projects from preconstruction through turnover.
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Serve as primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.
- Conduct site walks and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractor performance and negotiate scopes of work.
- Lead OAC and internal project meetings.
- Manage project milestones to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.
- Oversee closeout, punch list completion, and warranty phase.
- Mentor assistant PMs and project engineers.
Profile
- 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record managing full lifecycle of mid‑size to large commercial builds.
- Strong technical understanding of structural systems, sitework, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
