Description

The Junior Project Manager - Commercial Construction - South Jersey will:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of commercial construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and provide support in managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and regulations for all projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior staff on the development of project scopes, goals, and budgets.
• Participate in site visits and meetings to assess progress and resolve on-site issues.

Profile

A successful Junior Project Manager - Commercial Construction - South Jersey will have the following:

• 3-5+ years of related construction experience
• Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• Proficient in project management/construction management software
• Effective communication skills to motivate your team.
• The fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
