Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Client Details
Our client is a smaller, Orlando‑based commercial contractor (approx. 20 employees) delivering traditional commercial projects including industrial, manufacturing, clean rooms, healthcare, financial, and religious facilities. They do not perform multifamily or restaurant/QSR work. The business is relationship-driven, with a strong reputation and repeat partnerships. Project Managers serve as the face of the company-professionalism, communication, and client service matter deeply.Description
- Lead commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on TI, gut, and renovation scopes
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation using ProjectSight and Bluebeam
- Coordinate with field teams and ensure seamless turnover from one project to the next
- Represent the company professionally with owners, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Profile
- 5-15+ years of commercial project management experience (GU + TI mix preferred)
- Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
- Organized, polished communicator who can pivot quickly between projects
- Track record of delivering detailed, complete project lists (location + dollar value)
