Project Manager II - Mixed Use - Knoxville
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead key construction projects within the business services industry. Based in Knoxville, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing project development from initiation to closure, ensuring completion within budget and on schedule.

Description
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular progress reports
