Logistics Associate - National Accounts
The Logistics Associate National Accounts is responsible for supporting the National Sales Team. You will be a key member of the central dispatch team for all organic sales across North America. Working within of internally developed Materials Management System to source, manage, track all inbound and outbound loads as they relate to our Digesters/ORFs/Strategic Partners and load reconciliation.

My client is a leading renewable energy company that converts organic waste into green waste and renewable natural gas. They have projects operating and in development in 13 states and are expanding into domestic markets!
Description
- Dispatch & manage of multiple hauling, logistics and end site disposal companies
- Develop routes, schedules and timelines for operational partners
- Interfacing with operations and logistics stakeholders to coordinate services in the field
- Field inbound calls to help service current and prospective customers
- Source reliable carriers with competitive pricing.
- Provide accurate quotes to Sales team
- Paperwork and MMS system upkeep
- Support market managers for new business service strategies and pricing
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, sourcing and/or trucking
- Experience within waste/recycling industry is a plus
- BS is preferred
