Description

  • Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment used in manufacturing electronic implantable devices.
  • Prepare metallographic samples including cutting, mounting, grinding, and polishing.
  • Perform cross‑section analyses and collect data for engineering studies.
  • Execute manual and semi‑automatic assembly tasks on the production floor.
  • Manage surface treatment, cleaning, and casting support activities.
  • Document operational results, sample prep details, and process parameters with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with process development, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams.
  • Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and GMP standards.
  • Track and communicate key operational metrics related to equipment and workflow.

Profile

  • Technical degree or certification in materials science, mechanical technology, electronics, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of hands‑on metallographic sample preparation experience.
  • Skilled in operating sandblasting tools, grinders, polishing machines, and similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with manual and semi‑automatic assembly in a manufacturing or lab environment.
  • Understanding of welding, soldering, and surface treatment fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
  • Working knowledge of safety, laboratory standards, and GMP.
  • Clear communication skills for reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn manufacturing systems.
