Maintenance Manager

Premier company with a focus on beverage products. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to successfully lead the team.

Description

• Oversee and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Supervise the installation, repair, and upkeep of production machinery, utilities, and building systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance schedules align with operational needs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement processes to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Promote safe working practices and enforce safety policies across the maintenance team.
• Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a beverage or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Familiarity with beverage production equipment such as filling lines, pasteurizers, and conveyors.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• OSHA Safety Certification
• HVAC or Electrical Licensing
