Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will report directly into the Director of Operations and be responsible for:

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers to support production goals.
• Oversee process design, improvement, and validation for manufacturing operations.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and technology transfers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage capital projects, including equipment selection and installation.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for operational improvements.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in high-precision manufacturing is a plus.
