Description

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets required specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Profile

A successful Civil Superintendent should have:

• 5-7 years experience with 'wet' utility projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Strong Mechanical Understanding.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results in the property and construction industry.
