Traveling General Superintendent - Industrial/Commercial
The General Superintendent will oversee all construction projects, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standards. With a focus on business services, the successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and teams.

Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects all across the USA
- Client facing
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Lead and manage construction teams
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
- Report on project progress and budget
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays
Profile
A successful Traveling General Superintendent should have:- An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field
- Recent years of experience with $200+ million size projects (MEP, Industrial, commercial)
- Recent years of experience with overseeing projects with 300 subcontractors on-site at a time.
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Client facing experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- An understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
