Project Manager | Senior Living/Multifamily

Seeking a Project Manager based in the greater Minneapolis area with 4+ years of experience and has run at least 1 multifamily, mixed use, or senior living project to join a top General Contractor in the area.

You will step into a strong pipeline of local Senior Living builds.

Client Details

My client is a top GC in the midwest, focusing on multifamily and commercial builds. With a strong pipeline of ground up multifamily projects local to the Twin Cities coming up, they are looking for a skilled Project Manager to run these projects.

Description

• Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
• Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
• Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
• Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
• Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
• Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
• Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations

Profile

• 4+ years in Project Manager title
• Experience as a PM on 1+ multifamily/senior living builds
• Strong background in Multifamily construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Offer

• Base salary of $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience
