Interior Superintendent Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Commercial superintendent with focus in hospitality, restaurant/ bar, casino interiors.
- Commutable throughout South Florida, mainly working in Broward county.
Client Details
This general contractor is local to Broward with a strong pipeline of work throughout the South Florida region. They have strong client relationships and value quality of work that keeps their clients coming back to them. Their work focuses in commercial and light residential interior build outs with some new construction. Their current pipeline includes hospitality, restaurants & bars, retail, casino/ entertainment centers, offices, and some custom home work.
Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities for interior projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
- Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project standards
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Support PM functions as needed (documentation, coordination, closeout support)
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and trade partners
Profile
- 5+ years of on-site construction experience
- Strong background in interior construction-restaurants, bars, casinos, hospitality, office/ retail, etc.
- Experience delivering high-end / detail-driven interiors
- Some exposure to Project Management responsibilities is a plus
- Familiarity with Procore preferred
- Comfortable working with construction software
- Local to Broward County with ability to commute to North Broward / Palm Beach
