Description

• Prepare and review import/export documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with managing the documentation process for international shipments.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and tracking with freight forwarders.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to provide necessary clearance documents.
• Maintain accurate records by entering shipment data into logistics software.
• Ensure data accuracy for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Support logistics operations with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3.
• Contribute to smooth import/export processes through effective documentation and coordination.

Profile

• Experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using shipping software and ERP systems
• Experience in the luxury goods space
