Description

• Manage and coordinate the production process to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and monitor operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to improve production processes.
• Analyze production data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
