Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will play a key role in managing property assets and ensuring optimal financial performance while maintaining the highest property standards from predevelopment through operations. Description

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal financial performance of the property portfolio.
• Maintain the highest property standards to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the property portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify property investment opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align property management strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to property management.
• Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and tenants.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in property asset management.

Profile

A successful Asset Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in multifamily or campus housing is essential
• Currently works as an Asset Manager or Portfolio Manager
• A solid understanding of property management and real estate investment.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer
