Assistant Project Manager - Pharma/ Bio - North Shore
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team in the construction sector, specifically focusing on pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects. Description
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all objectives are met.
- Work closely with project managers to prepare and track project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any project-related concerns.
- Support the project team in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years in APM position
- A strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
Job Offer
