Office Manager
Our client is seeking an Office Manager to head up their New York City office. They are seeking a highly organized candidate who can oversee daily office operations. You will handle administrative tasks, office logistics, and support various teams. This role is on-site 4x per week and is Contract to Hire.

Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the office including: overall organization and cleanliness of the office, assisting executives & employees, handle office logistics, conference room scheduling, and food/supplies orders
- Provide general administrative support including: answering phone calls & emails, scheduling meetings, liaise with executives, book conference rooms, ordering catering, assist with presentation and meeting set up
- Maintain and order office supplies/equipment & ensure the office is well-stocked
- Assist with office events as needed including: company team-building activities, birthday celebrations, external meetings with clients
- Communicate internally with employees & executives on any issues throughout the office
- Coordinate office maintenance & liaise with building management for repairs, cleaning, and security issues, etc.
- Support with on-boarding new employees including: ID card/building badges for new hires, laptop/desk set up
- Ensure that you are staying within the company's budget each month for office supplies, food, events, etc.
Profile
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work on-site in New York City 4x per week
- 2-4 years of experience as a Receptionist and/or Office Manager
- Immediately available to start a Contract to Hire opportunity
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication - written & verbal
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle occasional physical tasks (lifting office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, etc.)
