Seeking an experienced Interiors Superintendent to manage the construction of a luxury retail store in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end interior retail projects and strong leadership skills.

Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of luxury interior retail construction.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of work within budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring safety and compliance with project requirements.
Profile
- Proven experience in luxury interior retail construction (experience with brands like Structure Tone and Shawmut is a plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex timelines and high expectations from luxury retail clients.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
