Senior Manager, Tax - Software Development - Los Angeles, CA
Excellent Senior Manager, Tax role at a growing software development company based in Los Angeles, CA. This role will include, but will not be limited to, planning and implementing the global tax strategy.

My client is a growing software development company based in Los Angeles, CA. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who is fully remote.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of tax and all interactions with third parties
- Mitigating cash taxes, advising on transactions and providing insight
- Responsible for indirect taxes such as sales/use tax, property tax and VAT, including the compliance process, provision/accounting, and any associated audit process, including negotiations of audit settlements
- Prepare income tax and state returns
- Tax planning to mitigate global tax risks and exposures
Profile
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience (MUST have corporate and international)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA preferred, not required
- Experience with tax with global company involving multiple regulator jurisdictions
- Excellent communicator
- Strong leadership skills
