Sr. Project Manager - Downtown Interior Projects - Boston will be responsible for:
- Oversee high-end corporate interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and professional development.
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement processes, including bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor selection.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and company procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks, providing innovative solutions to project challenges.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation.

Sr. Project Manager - Downtown Interior Projects - Boston
- 8+ years of project management experience in corporate interiors or labs/life sciences
- Proven success delivering $1M-$20M projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control
- Proficiency in project management software like Procore or similar tools
- A solution-oriented mindset and alignment with the company's collaborative culture
Job Offer
