Description
As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge water treatment systems for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on advanced water treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, motors, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues both remotely and on-site.
- Commission new systems, complete detailed documentation, and train site personnel in equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate internal and external documentation, ensuring seamless communication and reporting.
- Travel regionally in your company car with occasional North American trips to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
- 0-2 years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, motors, and basic plumbing.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and automation, with the ability to interpret P&IDs and technical schematics.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues both remotely and on-site.
- Flexibility to travel regionally (up to 75%) with occasional travel across North America.
