Description

• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Record and organize financial transactions to ensure accurate and compliant financial statements.
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain updated financial records.
• Analyze account books for efficiency and accuracy, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those with manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, US tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
