Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion in the Richmond and NoVA areas
- Ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project workflows
- Monitoring project progress and implementing necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
- Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
