Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion in the Richmond and NoVA areas
• Ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project workflows
• Monitoring project progress and implementing necessary adjustments to meet objectives
• Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams
