Construction Project Manager/Estimator - South Jersey
Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator - South Jersey based to join their team in the South Jersey market. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to both ground up and interior renovation construction on K-12 construction projects and various public construction projects.
Client Details
Mid-sized well known K-12 General Contractor servicing the South Jersey market for over 30 years. They pride themselves in their repeat business and consistent pipeline of K-12 work along with some various public municipality projects.
Description
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator - South Jersey will:
- Minimum of five (5) year's experience managing AND estimating multiple K-12 Projects
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
- Must have the ability to read plans / specs and put together hard bids
- Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to create material take-offs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Marketing and presentation skills.
- Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
- College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.
Profile
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator - South Jersey candidate will have:
- Estimating and project management experience
- Capable of putting together bids to win for work and managing the project to completion
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
