Country Sales Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customers in addition to winning new business across retail, grocery, club and mass accounts.

The company is a global candy brand with extensive distribution across the globe. They are strongest within retail and off-price accounts in the U.S. market.

- New Business Development
- Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain a detailed sales plan, pipeline, and budget.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, both winning new accounts and growing current accounts.
- Design, implement, enforce, and optimize promotional plans.
- Manage retail and distributor show calendar, budgets, and pre and post marketing
Profile
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the candy or confections space with extensive retail buyer and category manager relationships. They are looking for someone entrepreneurial and able to win new accounts.
