Our client is seeking a Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in high-end residential construction. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing large-scale, custom home projects, with a focus on $5M+ homes. This role is based out of our Cape Cod office, and the project will be located in South Dartmouth.

Our client is a highly respected custom home builder with over 35 years of experience, and is seeking a seasoned High-End Residential Superintendent to join their team. Recognized as one of the top custom home builders in the Greater Boston Area, they specialize in high-end residential construction, including ground-up builds and renovations with project values ranging from $2M to $15M. They are a tight-knit, family-oriented team with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and professionalism in the luxury home building market.
Description
Superintendent - High End Residential - Cape Cod, MA - Responsibilities
- Manage high-end residential projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Oversee and guide site personnel to maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project goals are met.
- Ensure that all project documentation (RFIs, change orders, daily logs, progress reports) is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with all parties involved to ensure project success.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
