Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive job site culture.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
