Project Manager - OSHPD/HCAI Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - OSHPD/HCAI Construction with a strong background in Healthcare Building and Construction (OSHPD/HCAI). In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description
Project Manager - OSHPD/HCAI Construction will be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations and other industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Manage project teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Profile
The Successful Project Manager - OSHPD/HCAI Construction will be have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management for healthcare construction in San Diego (OSHPD/HCAI).
- Proven track record of managing projects from $5M - $50M+.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
