Project Manager - Concrete Restoration
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead concrete restoration projects, with a strong focus on parking garage rehabilitation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of high-impact restoration projec
Client Details
Our client is a well-established specialty contractor with decades of experience in structural concrete repair, waterproofing, and restoration. Known for their commitment to quality and safety, they work on complex commercial and industrial structures, particularly parking garages, balconies, and high-rise exteriors. With a reputation for excellence, they maintain long-term relationships with clients across the region.
Description
Oversee all phases of concrete restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Communicate daily with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Perform site inspections and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with structural repair specs.
Prepare RFIs, change orders, cost tracking reports, and project documentation.
Profile
7+ years of project management experience in concrete restoration, particularly parking garages.
Strong knowledge of structural repair techniques, coatings, sealants, and post-tension systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and professionalism.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred, but equivalent field experience is welcome.
