Description
The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 will be responsible for:
- Managing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Resolving project issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Preparing and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- The ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results and maintaining quality standards.
- Proficient in Procore, Blubeam or other construction related software
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 may receive:
- Base compensation up to $135k (depending on previous experience)
- Monthly vehicle allowance + gas card
- 401(k) with 6% match
- 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
- End of year bonus
