Description

The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 will be responsible for:

• Managing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Resolving project issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Preparing and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• The ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results and maintaining quality standards.
• Proficient in Procore, Blubeam or other construction related software
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Job Offer

The Project Manager - Southern Maryland - K-12 may receive:

• Base compensation up to $135k (depending on previous experience)
• Monthly vehicle allowance + gas card
• 401(k) with 6% match
• 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
