Site Superintendent - Commercial - Nashville
The Site Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team, and oversee all work on site. The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Description
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Negotiate agreement terms, manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.
- Ensure all work on the construction site meets quality standards and is according to design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
Profile
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of around $100,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
