Description

• Collaborate with the Estimating/Pre-Con Director to develop accurate conceptual and bid proposal estimates.
• Gather, calculate, and compile data for use in estimates, ensuring precision and reliability.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing information from suppliers and contractors through direct contact, written materials, sales brochures, and price lists.
• Prepare routine estimates under general supervision, ensuring all data is accurate and comprehensive.
• Contribute to the smooth transition from pre-construction to construction phases by providing detailed and reliable estimates.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience (flexibility on experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software is encouraged.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of estimates.
