Quality Manager

Our client, a top distributor of industrial hardware and fasteners for the aerospace industry, is seeking a Quality Manager to head their quality department. This role will involve overseeing the integration of ISO 9001 and AS 9120 Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring both standards are effectively aligned and implemented.

Description

• Creating and maintaining a QMS, document control and other standardized documentation in one centralized place
• Understanding how to use Ticket Issuing Systems
• MRB Experience (leading those meetings)
• Creating inspection plans for components (specifying methods, equipment, instruments, gauges, frequency, batch sizes)

Profile

• Experience developing or managing a QMS
• Background in Aerospace is preferred
• Willingness to travel at least 8 times a year to visit their facilities across the US
• Sponsorship not provided

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on match with preferred skills
