Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

Best-in-class multifamily developer and builder looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead high-profile Multifamily projects throughout San Diego County.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of site operations, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control from preconstruction through turnover, working closely with project management and development leadership.

Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
• Enforce safety programs and maintain a best-in-class jobsite culture
• Manage schedules, subcontractor performance, inspections, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and ownership representatives
• Drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget

Profile

• Proven history delivering ground-up multifamily projects (podium, wrap, or high-density residential)
• Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent experience on projects typically $50M+
• Strong understanding of California construction practices and inspections
• Demonstrated leadership of large subcontractor teams
• Experience working for a top-tier GC or developer-builder preferred
