Description
Project Manager - Ground Up Hospitality & Commercial Projects will be responsible for:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communications
- Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design partners
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on all jobsites
- Drive successful delivery of ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$100M+
- Utilize Procore and other tools to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline workflows
- Report directly to the Project Executive and provide regular updates on project status
Profile
Project Manager - Ground Up Hospitality & Commercial Projects will have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
- Background in Hospitality, Retail, academic, Life Science or Commercial projects
- A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
