Project Manager - Luxury Homes
As a Superintendent/Project Manager for luxury homes and commercial projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations across diverse construction sites. Your responsibility will be to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards expected in both luxury residential and commercial construction.

Profile
- Experience: 5+ years managing high-end residential or luxury custom home projects, ideally $1M+ budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control; proficient with construction software (Buildertrend, MS Project).
- Luxury Focus: Deep understanding of premium finishes, bespoke details, and client expectations for high-end homes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams effectively.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship management for affluent clientele.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with building codes, permitting, and safety standards.
- Education & Certifications: Degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP or LEED preferred.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem solver with strong time management.
Job Offer
- Base salary: $120,000 and $155,000 yearly
