Superintendent - TI - San Jose

The Superintendent in San Jose will oversee and manage tenant improvement construction projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standard.

Description

• Supervise and manage all aspects of tenant improvement construction projects in San Jose.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project updates, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage material and equipment deliveries to prevent delays in project timelines.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
